Catalogue of Auction sale of East Knoyle Estate, Wiltshire, in 1946. Includes detailed descriptions of the dwellings, other buildings etc and the rents available. Also, loose inside are three small catalogues for the auction of Red House Farm, East Knoyle, in 1928, with pencil notes on lots, including prices and who bought them. A fascinating piece of local history.
